The NuMax SFL618BR 3-in-1 Pneumatic Flooring Stapler/Nailer worked great. Just completed 1500 sq. ft. without any major problems. I oiled it before each usage. Worked like a charm.  At this price it was an easy choice to buy vs. rent. The tool has worked very well. I used the oil it came with in the air intake as you normally would to oil an air tool.

The nailer seemed well built with a good amount of heft. Included are an additional shoe for 1/2" flooring, hex key, handle and a wrench for tightening the handle to the nailer. I have run through about 4 boxes (4000) of nails and haven't had one misfire, except for the occasional user error. The only problem was the rubber sleeve on the handle kept on slipping off but not a big concern. Great tool great price.

I needed to install approximately 250 sq ft of 3/4 inch pre-finished maple flooring. I purchased the floor from a professional flooring outfit. They recommended a stapler and not the nailer indicating it would do a better job of fastening the floor resulting in fewer squeaks over the years.

I was able to set the Stanley Bostitch MIIIFS air compressor at 72 to 75psig and experienced great performance using 2" staples. Strongly recommend using the pre-finish foot with the rollers as it assisted with the normal alignment and also allowed the stapler to be rolled easily along the prefinished flooring with minimal lifting and absolutely no damage to the finish.
